Trading Disputes Committee (TDC) |
We are seeking nominations from trading parties for one new Retailer member to join the Trading Disputes Committee (TDC). The purpose of the TDC is to determine the outcomes of Trading Disputes. It may also recommend changes to the market codes which support procedures to resolve Trading Disputes. Bilaterals Code Advisory Group |
The Codes Advisory Group will review code amendments that arise as a result of the Bilaterals Project and recommend whether such changes should be approved to the Panel. CPW067: Bulk submissions of service requests via MS Excel Sub-Group nominations |
Following the return of CPW067 by the Authority on 18th October 2019, it has been recommended that the Panel establish a Sub-Group composed of both Retailer and Wholesaler members to consider the concerns highlighted in Ofwat’s Report. We are therefore seeking nominations from Trading Parties and Industry Members for this Sub-Group. For further information on CPW067, please visit the MOSL Website. Nominations for the CPW067 Sub-Group are requested to be submitted via the online form by 1pm on 15th November 2019. Following the first-year tenure of the MIMP Committee membership, we are seeking nominations for new members to join the Committee to replace members who have chosen not to extend their tenure. The following vacancies are currently open: • One Authority representative • Three wholesaler representatives • Three retailer representatives.
