The Codes Advisory Group will review code amendments that arise as a result of the Bilaterals Project and recommend whether such changes should be approved to the Panel. The group will be made up of three wholesaler representatives and three retailer representatives.

|CPW075 – Settlement Estimation||
The Panel agreed to form a Panel sub group to for the development CPW075. The Panel approved the Terms of Reference at its Oct meeting.
We are currently seeking nominations for 4 vacancies. The Panel shall be responsible for selecting members for this sub group.

|CPW067: Bulk submissions of service requests via MS Excel Sub-Group nominations||
Following the return of CPW067 by the Authority on 18th October 2019, it has been recommended that the Panel establish a Sub-Group composed of both Retailer and Wholesaler members to consider the concerns highlighted in Ofwat’s Report. We are therefore seeking nominations from Trading Parties and Industry Members for this Sub-Group.

Market Incident Management Plan (MIMP) Committee
Following the first-year tenure of the MIMP Committee membership, we are seeking nominations for new members to join the Committee to replace members who have chosen not to extend their tenure. The following vacancies are currently open:
• One Authority representative
• Three wholesaler representatives
• Three retailer representatives.
The role would suit trading party Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Managers. If you would like to be nominated, please submit a completed nomination form by 12pm on 13 August 2019. The Panel will appoint members from the nominations that it receives.

|Market Performance Committee (MPC)||
In March 2019, the individual memberships of the Market Performance Committee (MPC) members expired. As a result, we are seeking nominations from trading parties for new members to join the MPC effective from July 2019. The MPC provides governance over market performance and supports the Panel in fulfilling its obligations in relation to market performance.
If you are an expert within the water market and you would like to be nominated or would like to continue your existing MPC membership, please submit a completed nomination form, by 6pm on Thursday 6th June 2019.

|GDPR Issues Committee||
We are seeking nominations from trading parties for a new member to join the GDPR Issues Committee effective from 1st November. The GDPR Issues Committee has been tasked with reviewing the GDPR legislation, and to identify whether, and if so how, the market codes need to change.
