Greeneking are disputing against Everflow due to a vacant property obtained by Greeneking back in March 2018. Everflow have rejected all transfers due to an outstanding debt on the property. Greeneking believe Everflow have no grounds to reject the transfer, as no invoices were raised at the time of the request, believing this to be a breach of Market Terms. Everflow and Greeneking have yet come to a resolution.
