Scope of dispute:
Castle Water was provided with a list of supply points which held a defective reading system. Impacting their ability to take meter reads.
Thames identified faults with the meters whilst carrying out meter reading activities for Castle Water. As per the terms of process B5, Thames Water should repair or replace the faulty meters within 22 business days but has not done so.
Castle Water and Thames Water are yet to agree a resolution.
