I think that the details of this supply point held in CMOS are wrong
A new customer has moved into the premise
The occupancy status of the premises has changed

The services provided to a customer have changed, for example the addition of a metered water supply
I want to disconnect a supply point
A retailer has ceased to supply a premises with water and/or sewerage services
