MOSL, in partnership with Ofwat and the Panel, have taken urgent action to support the water retail market and its customers during the Coronavirus pandemic. Working closely with trading parties, we have progressed a number of urgent changes to the codes address liquidity issues in the market and provide resilience during COVID-19.
